01When do I pay?
Only once the courier hands you the parcel. Nothing is charged online and there is no deposit. Cash on delivery adds no fee.
02What if something stops working?
Every item carries a 2-year guarantee. Write to our support address with a short description and we will repair it or send a replacement, free of charge.
03Can I send it back if I change my mind?
Yes. You have 30 days from the day it arrives. We send you the return instructions, we cover the postage, and the full price is refunded.
04I am not good with gadgets. Can someone help me?
Of course. Tell us what you need to do and we will point you to the right product, then explain how to set it up once it is in your hands.
05How long until my parcel arrives?
Orders leave the warehouse within 1–2 working days of being confirmed, and delivery usually takes another 3–7 days. Shipping is always free.
06How is my order confirmed?
After you send your details, one of our team phones the number you gave to check the product, the address and the delivery. Please keep your phone nearby.
