Once our team has confirmed your order by phone, the parcel leaves the warehouse within 1–2 working days. Delivery then takes about 3–7 days.

Our team can tell you where your parcel is at any time. Write to support quoting your order code and we will reply with the latest status.

You pay the courier in cash, only once the parcel is in your hands. Please keep your phone nearby around delivery day.
